Cleaning process of spinning assembly
Ultrasound cleaning machine:
(1) Place the spinneret carefully in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, inject appropriate amount of desalted water (distilled water) and
add appropriate amount of cleaning agent.
(2) Warm up the water temperature below 50-70 C and clean for about 30 minutes (see the effect).
(3) Change the cleaning fluid, release the water from the tank and clean it up. The spinneret assembly is blown clean with compressed air.
(4) Ultrasound cleaning was done again and desalted water (distilled water) was injected. Clean for 30 minutes or so between 50
and 70 degrees Celsius. Remove the components.
(5) Compressed air drying Spinning Components moisture, placed in a clean, dry and dust-free special location inspection.
(6) If the spinning assembly is not used for a long time, spray rust-proof oil and wrap it in a wrapping film.
(7) In the process of splitting or assembling spinning components, attention should be paid to handle them lightly. Particularly attention
should be paid to the spinneret outlet and the blade of the wind knife. Never bruise them, otherwise they will affect the service life of
the spinneret.
Each set includes: air knives 2 pcs, spinning board1pc, distribution plate 1pc, deflector 1pc, Side plates 2pcs, feed connector 1pc, Intake connector 2pcs and aluminum washers 3pcs. The screws are all 12.9 high strength bolts.
