2. Equipment production process:
(1) The automatic suction device sucks PP slices from the low-level storage bin into the high-level storage bin.
(2) The PP raw materials and the masterbatch enter the main screw extruder together, and the electric heating device outside the main screw heats and melts the slices.
(3) The melt is filtered by the filter and output by the metering pump.
(4) The melt is ejected from the spinneret.
(5) The circulating cooling air draws the tow and sends it to the netting curtain.
(6) Consolidate the laid fiber net.
3. Introduction to some components
(1) Low-level storage bin: 3-4m3 (capacity), made of stainless steel.
(2) Suction tube: inner diameter 40mm, inner wall with metal support frame.
(3) High-position silo: 0.6m3 (capacity), made of stainless steel.
